New Video Guide: Protection for Public PDF Files

We are pleased to present you a new video that shows you how the SFContent protection system works with PDF documents placed in the public domain on any website.

Protected PDF documents can be freely uploaded to the web. To open a protected document, you need two components: a viewer program and a serial number. The viewer program is StarForce Reader. This video shows that the app can be downloaded directly from the page with the protected content. The serial number is provided by the publisher for a fee or free of charge.

The user should install this program just once and enter the serial number, and the documents will be opened as quickly as a typical PDF file.

The publishers have the possibility to configure access to individual parts of the material using different workspaces. Even when the validity of the workspace is expired, you can buy, generate and edit Serial Numbers. Watch the video to learn all the details:
